Marketectures may provide access to assessments, diagnostics, questionnaires, benchmarks, scoring models, or evaluative tools (collectively, “Diagnostics”).

By using any Diagnostics, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Diagnostics are informational and evaluative tools, not determinations of business fitness, valuation, or performance guarantees
  • Outputs identify patterns, signals, and architectural risks, not prescriptions or promises of outcomes
  • Results depend on inputs provided by users and assumptions inherent in system-level analysis
  • Diagnostics do not replace professional judgment, internal validation, or independent analysis

Marketectures does not warrant that Diagnostic results are complete, accurate, or applicable to any specific organization or use case. Use of Diagnostics does not create a client relationship, an advisory duty, a fiduciary obligation, or a professional services engagement. Any formal advisory, implementation, or governance services require a separate written agreement.

5. No Professional Reliance

Content on the Site—including articles, research summaries, examples, diagnostics, benchmarks, or illustrations—is provided for general informational purposes only.

Marketectures makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance improvements, revenue, growth, or business results arising from use of the Site or its content. Decisions made based on Site information are made at your own risk.
